Then Pearl asked to have her “foot nails” next. -Morgan 
As many of you know, we went to Canada a couple weeks ago to visit Nannie and Grammie! It was a long drive, but we have two great little travelers so it was a fun trip. Here are some of the highlights: Pearl sleeping in the car: On our way up to Brockville (where Nannie lives) we discovered the wonder that is McDonald’s Playland! The morning we left on our trip Enzo got his first tooth! We don’t have a picture of the actual tooth, but here’s one of him being absolutely adorable: We arrived in Brockville sooner than we anticipated so we got to have a dinner at Swiss Chalet with Nannie! The next day we went to Aunt Wendy and Uncle Lee’s for lunch. Pearl and Enzo finally got to meet their cousins Lauren and Logan! We had such a nice day visiting and catching up and then the next morning it was off to Mississauga to visit Grammie. On the way, we had the honor and privilege of visiting the WORLD’S LARGEST APPLE! Once we arrived at Grammie’s, we got to do all kinds of fun things. One day we went to an indoor amusement park in a mall! We all had a great time, but Pearl was in HEAVEN. She even got to go in bumper boats all by herself. It was hilarious because she had no idea what was going on and spent most of the time just drifting along by herself. We got to go swimming in Grammie’s indoor pool… We visited the Rainforest Cafe… Pearl and Enzo took their first bath together… And we even got to visit the Gianakakis boys (and their mom, Elizabeth) in Rochester on the way home! It was a great trip and now we’re enjoying the last couple weeks of Morgan’s time off while he’s on hiatus. Hope you’re all doing well! xoxo
-Morgan This morning the four of us had swimming lessons. I took Pearl into the pool, and dunk with her under water. She pops up and says: “I’m not afraid. My name is Pearl!” Then a few minutes later: “How about that, I’m soaking wet!” -Morgan |
