Hello! Last week we received an adorable custom onesie with a matching blue hat in the mail from a company called Pink Polka Dots but there was no name on the packing list. Please let me know if you sent this to us as it is an AWESOME gift and I’d love to send you a thank you card. In other news, we’ve started going back to the Little Gym. Pearl LOVES it! I’m amazed at what a difference a few months away makes. She’s been much more involved with the warm-ups and she even does the skill of the day with the rest of the class! She’s not a complete conformist yet: sometimes she’ll still just spin in circles for no reason while the rest of the class is playing with the parachute.
Before and after, Pearl has moved up to a toddler bed! We’ll see how this goes … - Morgan 
Today was our first day of “Mommy and Me” class at Stepping Stones preschool! I wasn’t sure if we were going to make it for a while because yesterday Pearl had a runny nose and seemed pretty cranky, but this morning she woke up in a great mood and her sinuses seemed to have cleared up so we got dressed and headed out (after Gaga arrived to watch Enzo, of course). We had so much fun! Our teacher, Mrs. G, was great and there were only four kids and four moms there which was perfect. We played with toys, sang songs, did some arts and crafts, read stories and even had a snack. I think the structure is going to be good for Pearl (she’s not a fan of taking turns yet) and it will also be a nice way for me to ease into the fact that my baby girl will be going to preschool on her own next year <sniff, sniff>. It was an exciting day for both of us and yet another milestone for my precious little Pearl. Have a great weekend! xoxo |
