There was a small car show on route 9 today. Pearl liked some of the cars. “I like this one!” The gold ones caught her eye. Also saw Uncle Tate’s truck parked there.

We’ve been very busy lately! Morgan and I have been working on the house, trying to get as much done as possible before the baby arrives. We’ve also had a few doctor’s appointments. The good news is my placenta issues have resolved themselves and I took my glucose test this week and found out that I do not have gestational diabetes – hooray! We had an ultrasound and realized that our little guy is breech right now. I was a little surprised, but it makes sense as his movements have been much more noticeable and different than I remembered with Pearl at this point in my pregnancy. The doctor said not to worry. The baby still has lots of time to flip over – 11 more weeks! Pearl and I have also been keeping ourselves busy. We have met some great moms and kids in the area and have been enjoying the spring weather at our local playgrounds and in the backyard. We are very excited because Papa and Gaga just got her a new play yard with swings and a slide! We thought we’d get it up right away, but the directions say it’s going to take 2 people 8 to 10 hours to assemble so it might be a little while before we get this thing off the ground. Our next month is filled with weekend trips and visitors so we’re looking forward to a fun spring. Time is flying by so fast – Pearl is going to have a little brother in no time! That’s all for now. Hope you all have a great day. Love, PS – I couldn’t do a post without any pictures:

Pearl said “Having Fun! Having Fun!” when I met them at the playground near my train station. – Morgan
We had a great day today, playing outside and going for a drive. We stopped by the Mid Hudson Children’s Museum and it was obvious its one of Pearl’s favourite places. She seemed to know where everything was right away. Here she is decorating a cake.
Here’s a short horse ride. Pearl patiently waited for another girl to finish while saying “Pearl’s Turn!” the whole time. My computer is down at work today, so while we wait for a replacement part to come in I’m outside on our rooftop cafe reading a couple magazines in the sun. - Morgan
Here are a couple of movies from this afternoon. Its been a gorgeous day, nearly 80 degrees at some points. We had a nice morning at our church with Gaga and Papa, then Aunt Kyung and Uncle Tate came over for an early dinner. We all had fun hanging out and enjoying the warm sun. What a great first Easter in our new home. Above, Pearl hunts around for eggs in our backyard. Pearl was excited to find jellybeans in some of her eggs, but I think the stickers were more exciting to her. - Morgan
