Two cute pics on this snowy day

It's yet ANOTHER snow day here. I don't mind the snow so much, but all of our activities have been canceled so Pearl hasn't seen any other kids in almost a week! We've have been having fun in the house reading books, building block towers and we've ventured out into the snowy backyard a few times. Of course, Pearl's short legs make it pretty hard for her to move so she usually ends up rolling around in the snow and just eating snow balls.

Weekend Pics

We had a great long weekend. We're all getting over colds so Valentine's Day was pretty low-key but then Morgan and I got to finally see Avatar in 3D yesterday while Pearl had fun with her babysitter. Here are some pics from the weekend.

Snow day!

It snowed so much yesterday that Morgan's office was closed! We got to spend some time playing in our snowy backyard with Pearl.

She still loves to eat snow but now she also likes to make snowballs and she has definitely "warmed up" to her mittens. Now if only we could teach her to put her thumb in the right spot she might be able to pick things up herself when she wears them!
